Woman to Woman Series ~ Embracing Transition

Regardless of our age or circumstance, change is a constant in our lives.  As we progress through life we grow and change, leaving behind the old and hopefully embracing the new.  While often we attend to the physical and emotional aspects of the transitions in our lives, the spiritual dimension is frequently overlooked.  Using Ronald Rolheiser’s concept of the spirituality of the Paschal Mystery, we will reflect on our own cycles of rebirth.  Through movement, music and guided meditation we will consider the transitions in our lives and discover God’s gifts to us in them.  Basic movements will be taught which can be done by anyone, regardless of experience or physical limitation.
