Praying with Body, Mind and Spirit: Journey to Forgiveness

Whether a childhood wound, a relationship hurt or employer mistreatment, we have all been wronged by someone. We may have tried to move on, but been unable to let it go. It is only through God’s grace that we are able to forgive and only through forgiveness that we can be truly free. The journey to forgiveness begins with a single step. Step away for a day to experience prayer that opens you to God’s healing freedom using Scripture, guided meditation, music and body movement to engage your whole being in prayer. Bring a journal for some quiet reflection. Basic movements will be taught which can be done by anyone, regardless of experience or physical limitation.

Facilitator:    Janene Ternes, commissioned spiritual director and

                        founder of Prayer in Motion, LLC.   Janene has

                        developed and presented a variety of workshops

                        and individualized programs which teach and

                        inspire holistic forms of prayer for people of all

                        ages. Her goal is to help others find and achieve

                        their own inner connection with God, leading to a

                        more loving, peaceful, joyful and fulfilled life.

Cost:               $40.00 (includes $10.00 non-refundable deposit

                        and lunch).
