Do you long for more joy in your life?  Joy, or some version of that word, appears in Scripture more than 450 times.  Clearly God wants us to have joy in our lives. 

 

But what exactly is joy?  Is it a mindset, a discipline or a grace from God? Is joy something that you can create or something you receive?  And how do we experience joy in our lives when there is so much sorrow, pain and hardship?   

 

Join me to discover a more joyful spirit, explore the joy that God has for you, and learn everyday practices for nurturing more joy in your life.
